Welcome to another week of the Weekly Weigh In here on Mommy Head Adventures. I have teamed up with two of my favorite bloggers over at Crazy and Cool with a Side of Crafty and Raising Three Savvy Ladies to bring you this great link up where you can find some accountability and encouragement on your weight loss journey.
Last week I told you my goals for my upcoming half-marathon and this morning I shared with you the cause for which I am running. This week, I am happy to share with you how my hard work is finally paying off!
First things first, I want to let you know my tentative running plans for the week. I say tentative because we are expecting some snow and ice Thursday and that could curb my plans for the weekend.
- Thursday: 9 mile long run
- Friday: Weight lifting group
- Saturday: 4 mile run
- Sunday: Rest Day
- Monday: 3 mile run
- Tuesday: Pilates or Body Weight
- Wednesday: 4 mile run
This past Tuesday I did my first ever Pilates class and I loved it! I totally plan to try it again soon.
And now, here is the moment you have all been waiting for. My scale finally showed a loss after about a month of staying the same:

I have been wanting to try Pilates but I fear my weak core would make me quit fast! Kudos for trying something new though! My gym offers a water Pilates, maybe I should try that. yeah for weight loss! Keep up the great work.
