This past Tuesday night, we had quite the evening. What started out as a fun, family birthday celebration turned into a fun, family evening in the basement!
We had a severe storm sweep through our area which made for memories. After having our cell phones taken over by messages telling us to take cover, we headed downstairs. We laughed, took pictures and decided to make fun of the evening.
Then we had to realize it was possibly serious, so we headed to the two enclosed rooms to be safe. Only problem was, Lion messed his shirt way up during dinner and I forgot an extra.
Good thing girl clothes are sized the way they are.
Doesn’t he look just like the guys on Hillsong United? And no worries. He wasn’t sad. That is just how he looks when he says cheese.
Thankfully the night ended without any casualties. We made it home safe and had a good night sleep. Now to prepare for snow tomorrow…
