Recovery and Changes – Weekly Weigh In – January 2

Hello there!  After my crazy week last week, I am so ready to tell you all about my scale…and some new things.

First off, I had my first run in a week and a half this morning.  5 miles on a treadmill, and I am feeling it!  Add to that brand new shoes and you can only guess how I am feeling right now.

But it was good to get back to my training!

And here is what is up for the rest of the week:

  • 8 mile run Thursday
  • 5K race Saturday
  • 4 miles Monday
  • 5 miles next Wednesday

And that brings me to my scale:

So, while I was sick last week, I got myself to a healthy weight, and then stayed there!  162!  I am so excited.  Everything else I lose now is just one step farther away from unhealthy.

With the New Year upon us, I know that many of you are looking for extra motivation to reach your weight loss goals.  And I want to help!
