I can hardly believe that a whole month has almost passed. This process and fast has been so much fun, and so freeing!
But, it wouldn’t be right to not cover what to do when you slip up!
As with any fast, there is temptation to give in and do things the old way. It takes 28 days to make a new habit, but it still takes a long time to make the habit stick.
I have been spending a lot of time focusing on staying away from temptation in my journey to healthy living, but there are times when I give in. And when I give in, the important part is to not stay down.
Get back up, brush yourself off and get back on the wagon. And when that happens in insecurity, you can do the same thing.
Don’t focus on the mess up. Focus on the ground you have taken back. That way, you can stay free!
