Welcome to another week of Weekly Weigh In here on MHA. If you are a 31 Dayer, you can find all of my posts on my Insecurity Fast under the Insecurity tab at the top.
My Weekly Weigh In posts are truly a great addition to my insecurity fast, seeing as how you have to get over any insecurity you may have to post a picture of your scale every week! It is just one way that I keep myself accountable to get the weight off and be healthy for my family.
This past weekend I struggled with a stomach bug and a cold. I was pretty sick on Sunday. So sick that when I stepped on the scale Monday, my scale actually read my pre-pregnancy weight of 168! I was shocked to have lost 7 pounds.
That didn’t stay around though, and when I weighed in this morning, here is what my scale looked like:
Not bad after a few weeks of yo-yo weigh ins. I hope the number keeps descending from here. I am only 2 pounds away from my next mini goal and a great big reward from Daddy Head. This means I am only 22 pounds away from my overall goal! I am so happy to be so close.

I love that you’re overcoming your insecurity by taking the photos. Accountability has always been my main motivation for my fitness goals. If I put it out there and have to show proof, I definitely work harder. Keep up the good work, you’re so close to your reward!
