So we are talking about renewing our mind to overcome in our fast from insecurity. I told you that the key way to renew our mind is to use the Word of God and to make it personal.
Here is how I do it!
Take this verse, Colossians 3:1.
If then you were raised with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ is, sitting at the right hand of God.
How I would make it personal would be to change where it says you to either I or my name:
If then I (Tara) was raised with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ is, sitting at the right hand of God.
See how easy that was. And by doing this, you are well on your way to rewriting some highways in your brain!
