When it comes to fasting and overcoming any life struggle, I have found that accountability is a major part of the process. As I have been on my journey toward weight loss, my hubby and family have been such a great support and my biggest accountability partners!
The same goes for our insecurity fast! I have enlisted Daddy Head for support in my fast and he has been such a blessing! He daily encourages me to let the little things go and to keep my eyes focused on Jesus and who He says I am.
Daddy Head knows what questions to ask me. He knows exactly what to say when I need to hear it. When I am veering off track, he gently corrects and sets me back on the right path. I couldn’t do this without him!
