Another week has come an gone. I can hardly believe the amount of work I have put into this this summer, and the amount of payoff.

And now, for my weight loss secret: my workout diary!
Every time I workout, I finish it up by recording what I did inside my lovely notebook. This helps me to keep my ideas fresh, and serves as a motivator. All you need for this great motivation is a notebook and a pen or pencil. I use a page per workout, but you could certainly double up or whatever to conserve paper. I love to look at how quickly my book is filling up, so I use a page per workout.
Right now, with back to school going on, you can easily score some amazing notebooks for next to nothing. Plus, it’s a small price to pay to keep things fresh in your workout routine.
