When it comes to snacks, I am all there. I actually had to tell myself this week that it is time to cut back on the snacking in order to not plateau on my weight loss journey.
And I have noticed when I snack, the kids want to snack, too. And I won’t let them snack on just anything. I want what they eat to be good for them and to taste good at the same time.
And I have found a snack I can feel good about in this area. Actually, it’s a whole line of snacks:

I bought the Mozzarella Bites for my family to try. I loved them so much I had a hard time sharing. They were so easy to prepare. Just put them on a cookie sheet and pop them in the oven at 400*. They were warm, the cheese was melty, and I felt great about what I was eating.
