Yay for another week gone by. This week I have a few things to share with you in the form of fun announcements. But first, a look at my scale:
Yeah, only down .2 lbs but at least I didn’t gain anything. I would like to blame it all on a family celebration last night, but I know there were other factors. I will confess that I ate fast food a few times this week, and that always messes me up when I don’t make wise choices.
But, there are good things to share, too. Like the fact I was able to fit into my size 12 American Eagle jeans. Regardless, I am still going to sell them because I don’t like the way they fit me anymore. But it was fun to put them on.
Also, here are the measurements I have to share from my weigh in last Friday (all measurements in inches):
- Chest: 36 1/4
- Waist: 33
- Hips: 41 1/4
- Thighs: L-24 3/4 R-24 3/4
- Calves: L-15 3/4 R-15 3/4
- Arms: L-11 1/4 R-11 1/4
- Body Fat %: 33.1
- BMI: 28.2
I am so pleased. I lost inches in my chest, hips and calves. My waist and arms stayed the same and my thighs increased due to muscle gain. I am excited to do the next round with my personal trainer and see what new results I get.
This week is running/walking week for me, so next week I will be sharing about my progress there.
