I can hardly believe another week has passed since I gave my last update. Time just seems to be flying by these days as we prepare for the new school year.
I promised you last week that I would share with you my goal for the week. I told you that we were taking a break for a week from my group personal training class, and I wanted to rev it up. And how did I do that?
I spent some time on the treadmill, and one day outside, logging some miles. It felt good to push myself in that way. I started out only being able to run for 5 minutes straight and then take a walking break. And then yesterday…I ran 3 miles without stopping!
I was so proud of myself for accomplishing something like that. Now Daddy Head and I are talking about doing a half marathon. Anyone know of one close by the St Louis/Southern Illinois area?
Anyway, here is a look at the scale this week:
