Well, I guess last week was a fluke when it comes to my weight loss. The very next day I weighed in and was down, a lot. And this weeks weigh in will display just that:
But, don’t just take the scales word for it. I have been busting out some serious workouts thanks to The Gunnar Challenge and to my personal training group at my local gym. I have been pushing myself harder than I ever had before. I am so happy to be able to report to you some measurements.
When I first started at my gym just about 8 weeks ago, they had me do an initial assessment. This included a fitness test as well as measurements. Here are my first measures:
- Chest: 38 1/2 inches
- Waist: 35 inches
- Hips: 46 inches
- Thighs: R/23 inches L/22 inches
- Calves: R/16 1/2 inches L/17 inches
- Arms: R/13 1/2 inches L/12 1/4 inches
And last Saturday, we re-measured. Here were my results:
- Chest: 37 inches
- Waist: 33 inches
- Hips: 43 inches
- Thighs: R/23 inches L/23.5 inches
- Calves: R/16 inches L/15 inches
- Arms: R/11 1/4 inches L/11 1/4 inches
I am so excited to have lost the inches that I have! If you are looking for similar results, the Gunnar Challenge will be starting up again next Monday! Head on over and sign up. You won’t be sorry!
Disclosure: I was provided with free access to the Gunnar Challenge in order to facilitate my review. All thoughts and opinions are my own
