Welcome to the first week of Weekly Weigh In here on Mommy Head Adventures. I am so excited to start this new journey with my lovely readers by my side.
A little background…
During my last pregnancy, my doctor informed me that I was glucose intolerant. Another fine word for this is pre-diabetic. When I heard those words, I knew it was time to take my health more serious. It was then that the idea of a weekly weigh in was born.
Every Wednesday, my plan is to post a picture of my scale to show my weight progression. Losing weight is the goal, and to let you in on a secret, if I gain, I literally have to pay. A dollar for every pound. Talk about motivation!
And for the next 8 weeks, I am taking place in the Gunnar Challenge. This great online program is like getting the benefits of a personal trainer all in the comfort of your own home. So be on the lookout as I tell you some of my favorite parts of the program.
