Wednesday nights are always a quick and easy dinner night for us. I usually try to do something in our Crock Pot so that I know it will be done in time for me to head out the door for Youth Group.
And when I found out about Tidy Mom’s SoupaPalooza, I decided I would share one of our family quick and easy dinner favorites: Taco Soup!
Taco Soup
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef or ground turkey
- 1 pkg taco seasoning
- 1 can fiesta nacho soup
- 1 can black beans
- 1 can chili beans
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1/2 bag of frozen corn
- 1/2 bag of seasoning blend frozen veggies
- 1 can of tomato juice or 1/2 bottle of tomato juice
Directions:
- Brown your meat. Drain and rinse.
- Add all the ingredients to a soup pot
- Cook until hot, about 30 minutes
You can also put in your Crock Pot for about 3 hours. Any longer and it will just get spicier!
Yep, it really is that simple. So, be sure to add this one to your weekly rotation
