Today has been one of those days. I went to our church for staff meeting and realized that what I had there for lunch was rather nasty. My schedule was wiped clean after Lion’s physical therapy, so I decided to just come home after Bear ate her lunch with Daddy Head.
I came home, put a personal sized pizza in the oven and did a 2 mile workout.
Lion decided he wanted me to be with him right as my lunch was finished cooking, so I settled on the couch with him. I set him next to me, handed him a toy and got to eating.
It was then that I noticed it.
My little man watched me eat every bite! He even watched me take the soda can (caffeine free Pepsi is my weakness) to my lips for a drink.
He is always watching me. Therefore, I need to watch myself! What I do, he will think is okay.
What responsibility!
What revelations have you had lately? What are you kids teaching and showing you?

I am your newest follower! Love your blog, hope to see you around mine as well!
This is oh so true. It’s hard being an example to our children, but it’s so worth it when you see them grow and become amazing people, and you just know you were part of that. Oh and I am now following you thanks to Friendly Friday, and it would be so nice if you could share the love back on my blog;)
Also today we have the coolest blog hop there is… no rules just fun and would love you to join in with us at Boost My Blog Friday, where you can meet lots of friends and have a great time:) See you there!
Happy Friday
