Physical Therapy: Bear Learns the Ladder

Thursdays are physical therapy days.  And in honor of that, I want to share with you the interesting antics that my daughter has learned from her physical therapist.

You see, since Bear is now walking, they have decided to start working on other skills that a girl her age should have.  Skills like going down slides at a play ground.

A few weeks ago, we had to reschedule Bear’s physical therapy due to the massive amounts of snow we received in January.  That meant that Daddy Head had to do the session on a Friday while I taught homeschool math.

That particular day, they taught Bear how to do the slide.  Little did we know what this would lead to.  Watch this video and you will see:

Yep, she just climbed a ladder.  I wont even begin to tell you all the trouble it has caused us.  Just think of an extension ladder and use your imagination.

What crazy things have you caught your children doing?  How surprised were you?

Aww, she climbed that like a pro!

Is that you holding the camera and singing? ;)

  2. Oh my I bet that does mean trouble! Little Bit learned how to remove the safety outlet cover from the electrical sockets. That was not fun. I have put packing tape over top of the safety covers. Now lets see how long it takes him to figure out how to get the tape off ;D

    Your kids are beautiful!

  6. My son LOVES to climb. After he made his way onto the top of the minivan at age 2, we made haste to get a backyard play set with a climbing wall. Currently, though, he favors climbing any tree he can manage.
